This page is mainly useful to the Italian homebrewer, so some stuff is only in Italian; other items such as the supplier infos and the news about the homebrewing situation in Italy are in english.
In the Short Guide (italian) you can also find the description of the ingredients and where to find them.
A note about the ingredients: a good option is to buy locally the heaviest items and mail-order (in Italy or abroad) the ligthest and most expensive. I just remind that the cheapest way to get Malt Extract is to buy bulk extract (25 Kg) from bakers' suppliers!

Other homebrewing resources in italian
Look at my link page, in particular at the very good site "Il Birraio" and other sites that are or will be linked.
There are guides in the Mr. Malt site (see supplier list or the link page). The main guide is a bit approximate in some parts, but in the ingredients and recipes pages the instructions are more accurate.
