beers I recently tasted (just the new beers, that is those I tasted for the first ime), with a short comment if present.
Of course you can find all the beers in the Database in all its formats.
The comments and ratings are usually the ones I wrote at the time of the first tasting; sometimes the rating (and more rarely the comment) may be updated. I usually don't give the Lambics any score.

Deep aroma and flavour of dried fruit, raisin; fruity anda caramel. Not exactly balanced but interesting, more a beer to match some kind of dessert than a "meditation" beer

Black, with brown head. Characterful stout, full, roasted, bitter, coffe with a liquorice finish. A bit rough, maybe due to excessibe bottle carbonation. On draught with nitrogen I would think it would be perfect

It seems it is really a spontaneously fermented beer, with fruit added during fermentation and more fruit syrup at bottling. Intense strawberry aroma and flavour, quite sweet with just a bit of sourness. Like a "false lambic", but less "articial". Enjoyable

Smooth, well attenuated, a deep brown ale which is surprisingly drinkable and at the same time has its "dark" character emerging in its finish.

Cask @The Harp, London. Start quite intense, complex, stimulating: citric, bitter, malty... on its way it is not clean (yeasty?) and loses a few points in drinkability, still a good beer.

Clean bright emerald green colour, "normal" aroma, in the mouth starts neutral ending with some unpleasant vegetable tones. A beer only to be watched.

The fresh, citrusy hoppy aroma is similar to that of the blonde, but maybe with some slight sweet malt tones added. In the mouth it has the dry finish and drinkability of the Blonde with some sweet caramel nuances, becoming even easier and more enjoyable. Great balance, like a a cross of Ambrata and Blonde. Very good batch to inaugurate the new equipment!
