The Blog (Beer Log)
Last Tasted Beers
These are the last 100
beers I recently tasted (just the new beers, that is those I tasted for the first ime), with a short comment if present.
Of course you can find all the beers in the Database in all its formats.
The comments and ratings are usually the ones I wrote at the time of the first tasting; sometimes the rating (and more rarely the comment) may be updated. I usually don't give the Lambics any score.

bass n.1 (bass); ALE - BRITISH STYLE etc; BARLEY WINE; ENG; 10 alcvol%; voto: 9;
30 years old bottle. Comments is available in italian:

bianca (maltus faber); WHEAT (GRANO); ; ITA; 4.7 alcvol%; voto: 8.5;
(rating of july 09 batch) The first batches were already good and interesting but now the beer has even improved. The spicy-citrusy aroma is clear but not aggressive. The palate given by is clear but in a different context with respect to more typical white beers, there is a quite discernable bitterness, though smoother than in previous versions. Watery to the exact point needed for drinkability, the finish is not overly long but enough to leave you with the desire of another sip/glass/bottle. No element is over the top but a great balanced and enjoyable beer.
